How long does shipping take?

Dispatch times

Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 days

UK

We are based here in the UK. We send with Royal Mail and orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days

US / Canada / Worldwide

We send based on the fastest option to that country. Most orders arrive in 2-8 working days

My tracking number isn't working / recognised?

Your tracking number will only become recognised as 'active' on the shipping providers website once it has been scanned in at the local depot or by the delivery driver on the day of delivery.

Many of our couriers do not update their tracking information until the parcel has been attempted to be delivered.

My order is late, what should I do?

We understand delayed parcels are frustrating which is why we do everything we can to prevent this.

If there is an issue with delivery we will do our best to notify you as soon as we find out from our courier.

Delays are expected at peak times of the year (Christmas, Black Friday, Fathers Day etc) but we will always try to keep our shipping estimates on our pages as up to date as possible.

In rare cases where parcels are lost please contact us and we can help.

Do you ship to my country?

The answer is probably yes!

We offer free shipping to most countries, including the UK, US, Canada, the EU and many others.

If we don't offer shipping to your country our system won't let you place your order.

Please contact us with any specific questions.

Will I have to pay duties to receive my parcel from customs (if shipped overseas)?

No! This is all taken care of for you!

My order has been sent, can I cancel?

Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it.

Once your parcel arrives we are more than happy to help out with the full refund process.

Can I change my order?

While we can't guarantee it, if you have placed an order and you need to update the address, size colour etc, the sooner you email us the more chance you have of being able to do so.
